How We Work

OUR REMODELING PROCESS

Clear Steps. Accurate Pricing. Fewer Surprises.

PHASE ONE
Initial Meeting & Consultation

Every successful project begins with a thoughtful conversation.

  • We meet on-site so I can introduce myself, explain how our company operates, and understand your home firsthand

  • We discuss your needs, ideas, goals, priorities, and overall vision for the space

  • I take detailed notes, photographs, and measurements to ensure accuracy

  • Based on this information, I prepare and provide a preliminary construction cost estimate to help determine project feasibility

This phase allows us to confirm alignment before moving forward and ensures your time and investment are respected from the start.

PHASE TWO
Project Development & Firm Pricing

This is where details are refined and accuracy is established.

  • Hazardous material testing is conducted when appropriate, based on the age of the home

  • A site visit with a licensed structural engineer is arranged if structural changes are involved

  • Architectural drawings are created when required

  • You work through all fixture, finish, and material selections at your pace

  • A site meeting is held with all project-specific tradespeople to review the scope and conditions firsthand

  • With all information finalized, I prepare and provide a firm, accurate construction cost

This phase eliminates guesswork and minimizes surprises during construction.

PHASE THREE
Construction Agreement & Planning

Once everything is clearly defined:

  • A detailed construction agreement is prepared, approved and signed by both parties

  • All materials, fixtures, and finishes are ordered

  • Tradespeople are scheduled in the proper sequence to keep the project moving efficiently

Careful planning at this stage is key to a smooth construction experience.

PHASE FOUR
Construction

Your project comes to life with professionalism and precision.

  • Work begins according to the agreed-upon plan

  • The project is managed with attention to quality, cleanliness, and communication

  • You can expect professionalism, accountability, and respect for your home throughout the process
